The Wetted Parts of our cast stainless steel dewatering pumps are made of casting stainless #SCS13.
FEATURES
Top discharge for easy piping on-site, and water cooling design can remove the water to a much lower level.
The water-cooling design for longer servicing life.
Pump Casing: Rugged SCS13 (#304) stainless investment casting with a smooth surface finish.
Impeller: Statically and dynamically balanced, semi-open type impeller design, prevents clogging by mud, sand, etc.
Suction Cover: Easily replaceable.
Oil-lubricated Double Mechanical Seals (highly wear-resistant SiC/SiC with Viton) together with a separate Viton Oil Seal.
The whole unit is equipped with Viton O-ring.
The Motor Casing and outer casing adopt stainless steel sheet material, greatly reduce the pump’s weight, and are easy to carry for the work.
Quality IP68 motor with water cooling design, very suitable for continuous duty.
Single-phase model with built-in thermal protector in motor, preventing any burning damage to the motor.
